To me, my boyfriend plays poker too much. He has called out of work at least twice so he can play. He also has the top 25 hands taped to our monitor. Everyday when he gets home from work, he starts playing and plays until he goes to sleep. He doesn't spend anytime with me or our daughter. I have already told him how I feel and yet, he still plays all the time. Nothing has changed. What should I do now? *Our daughter is only 15 months old, and I feel that she needs alot of his attention right now*

When I told him that he needs to spend more time with me, all he says is that he is trying to win money for us. (We are trying to save so we can move) *We are not married* We have already broken up once but he said he would change so I gave him another chance. Really anytime I say anything about him playing poker, it will either start a fight or an argument.

the same thing happened to me and my boyfriend... he spend all his money on pocker and he skipped college to play with his friends... i told him to stop....... but only when he los all the money he got and notice that we where fighting a lot because of it he changed....... tell him if he prefers to play pocker that spend time with his daughter and you... tell him that it bother you a lot that he play so much..... tell him that if he only plays once every 2 weeks (and in his free time and not more than 2 hours) you will never bother him again , but if he doesnt agree... just give him space... until he notice what he's doing.... good luck!

U need to tell him again and give him an ultimatum. Tell him if he doesn't change in ---weeks/---months, you'll leave him. He seems to love poker more than you or your daughter, and that's totally wrong. Tell him that love means action, not just words, and he sure doesn't show it.
