I'm going to be playing quite a few sports this coming year, and i want to get a move on with cardio and endurance exercises. I do a lot of strength exercises, like a lot of pilates, workout routines, and many others. But i can never find myself to do cardio or endurance enhancers.

There are no drills to get you endurance as your question asks.
You need to get out and run, swim, and or bike. You need to train for longer periods of time to build up your endurance. There is no fun way to get the job done. You have the right mind set and planning you just have to go out and do the dirty work now.

You may find it silly but you could try jump-ropes. Try roping for about 5 minutes. Then increase increments by another 5 minutes every 2-3 days. See if you can make it to 30 minutes.
If you could perform 30 minutes of continuous roping, you've significantly increased your endurance. There's also foot work pattern incorporated with roping to make the exercise challenging (and less boring). But it's kind of hard to explain in writing.

This type of training is done by boxers, martial artist, and competitive fighting athletes.

Running is another option. Run for 10-30 minutes at a time. Varying your run time, speed, intensity, and distance every other day. By varying your running performance, your body will continuously adjust and challenge you physically and mentally. Plus, it can also relieve the boredom of running.

Trakn has the right answer. Endurance is the ability to carry on at a high level of intensity beyond your normal ability. The only way to do that is run, walk, swim, cycle beyond what your body will be asked to do in your chosen sports.

Look at it this way: Building endurance will speed your recovery times immensely, and allow you to draw on energy stores you never knew you had.

The following is a typical interval workout. You alternate the same period of low intensity with the same period of higher intensity.

3-5 minutes warmup (light jog, low intensity, gradually increasing at the end of the warmup period)
1 minute moderate or high intensity followed by 1 minute low intensity (repeat 6 - 8 times)
3-5 minutes cooldown (light jog, low intensity, gradually decreasing by the end of the cooldown period)
Interval Variation II: Pyramid

This pyramid structure allows you to start with short bursts of speed, and then you'll peak at the longest surge of energy in the middle of your workout before coming back down.

3-5 minutes warmup
30 seconds high intensity
1 minute low intensity
45 seconds high intensity
1 minute low intensity
60 seconds high intensity
1 minute low intensity
90 seconds high intensity
1 minute low intensity
60 seconds high intensity

Interval Variation III: Sports Conditioning

2 minutes moderate or high intensity followed by 2 minutes low intensity (repeat once)
30 seconds high intensity followed by 30 seconds low intensity (repeat four times)

do fartlek - its a form of interval training where you vary your speed throughout your run. one of the benefits actually is seeing how fast your heartbeat can recover from a high intensity run.
