Save all of your data to a cdrom
deinstall 2007 from your old computer which will reenable your key
install it on your new computer
copy your data from the backup cd you made

I'm assuming you mean Office 2007. Which version? If you have Home and Student, the EULA (End User License Agreement) says you can install it on three devices.
If you have a different version, check the EULA.
Just because you get rid of a computer doesn't mean you can move the software.

If you have the product key, you can try - however, it may not work. When you install/activate software, Microsoft takes the product key and mixes it with information about your computer, then comes up with an "installation ID." When you attempt to install on another computer, the "installation ID" will not match.

You mean Windows, right? You can't, unless you physically switch the hard drive. Your best bet, is to buy an OEM version (its sometimes called a "system builder" version), same Windows, just without pretty box of Vista or XP from an online or local retailer. We sell them at Micro Center for like $90 for Vista Basic.

if youre talking about office then you must have the cd to install plus the key product number.if you dont have the cd then they are some programs that will help you move applications.
