I've been doing my Bowflex all summer and I'm ready to show off my awesome abs! I just know all the ladies are gonna want to get with this when they see my six pack. My question is how do I do this without looking like I'm showing off? Are there any excuses for guys lift up their shirt half way in bar?

First off I think it is extremely cheesy when men with nice bodies are full of themselves. Most women will catch on to what you are trying to do. You can show what you have off when you have the girl. Most girls might hit on you j/b of your looks not so much about your personality. If you are determined to get this type of attention I suppose you could wear a tight t-shirt or wear a wife beater with a button shirt over it with the buttons open.

LOL But seriously - when you're in gym class or if you're outside and sweating, just casually lift up your shirt to wipe your face, it'll show off your abs just a little. Wear fitted t-shirts with a slight v-neck - especially white shirts. If your arms match the abs, show them off with a tank / t-shirt. Start exercising and jog around your area shirtless. Take advantage of hot days, go to the beach and pool where you can be shirtless all day! Make sure to invite some girls :) Set up a situation when you're hanging out with friends and happen to have your shirt off, and make sure someone takes a picture of you and post it on facebook etc. Or, simply take a mirror shot of your abs (can seem douche-y though) then say something like "after months of hard work these finally showed up!" (the abs) then post on facebook

Be cool. If you ge to talking to a lady and you can jokingly brag about your sizzlin six pack then tell her she can't see it in a bar becasue you are just "too modest" but that you can go to the parking lot where she can see and even touch them. If she's a good girl.
Dude, you can do it, but you need to have some real game first. No girl is gonna be into you just for your abs.

By trying to show off your abs, you are showing off, Mr. Vanity. Go to the beach and strut around if you're that desperate for attention.

Call me crazy, but maybe the place for that would be the beach or a pool or something.
I don't think there's going to be much opportunity to show them off in a bar.

give me a break...i hate show offs. if that's all you want to be seen for then you must not have a personality. i guess showing off makes up for that. and girls gone wild is for girls with no self respect or self esteem.
