I stopped reading after your boyfriend stated statements like "what do I ought to are living for" and "the world shall be with out me." those are traditional indicators that someone is set to commit suicide and it is a means of crying out for aid. You could mainly name some form of sizzling line or a general practitioner's place of work so that they can direct you the place to ask for support. Keep an extraordinarily close eye on him. Within the meanwhile try to get him to go external and do some cardio undertaking. Daylight and aerobic recreation were confirmed to support men and women suffering from melancholy immensely. Try to get him occupied in some type of hobby. Get a low-priced guitar or inspire him to jot down down how he feels on paper. Drawing is good too. Additionally get him dietary supplements. Omega three and st. Johns wort. St. John's wort has also been tested to be an powerful antidepressant and that i are not able to remember about the omega 3. Google it. But exceptionally, he desperately desires reliable aid so find some option to get it. Neighbors and household can have a huuuuuge constructive influence on despair.

I would try a hobby or something that makes you feel good. My sister went on a couple different depression meds, and the side affetcs make you feel worse then you did before. Some of them are really hard to come off of too. If you want something to help you rather then a hobby ect.... I would try a herbal remedy for depression no side affects with those, or see a therapist. They can help a lot. I used to see a therapist 2 a week, and now I only go once a month just for guidance on everyday life. Good luck!!

Be patient. Things can & will change.

Keep active (mentally / physically) - will help ensure that the change is in the proper direction.

Get into spirituality; will help provide constructive life goals - the raison d'etre.

Keep good associations, rather than bad ones: as you become like your friends.

Talk things over with good people, trusted friends, or a counsellor [most schools & colleges have one now].

Have faith. Things'll change. Dig deep.

Dear Brother

Let me place a verse of Holy Book Quran in this regard.

13:28- for without doubt in the remembrance of God Allah do hearts find satisfaction.

Being a Muslim or not, It does not matter, Just think of Almighty Lord the Creator of Universe in whom you believe and pray to him for your health and state of mind.. God willing you shall be cured..

Each day find something that you're grateful for and acknowledge your appreciation. (It's a form of thanking god for the good things in your life, but works even if you're not religious.)

Personally I take an anti-depressant and it turned my attitude and life around, but I still try to find something daily to be thankful for.

Best of luck. Advice won't really cure you; action on your part is necessary.

Don't live your life as if you have depression live you life the way you would when you are ready to get better. please dont read to much into it. if it is just a temporary feeling it will only maximize by seeing it's true potential. Don't focus on how "depressed" you feel. Keep your head up. good luck

Sadness and its extreme, clinical depression, is a God given basic emotion caused by negative percepts and negative thinking; it is self reinforcing in that the mood results in negative thoughts and the negative thoughts result in more depression. To break out of it you have to have the will power to force yourself to think positive about happy things.

Depression is a result of forsaking the here and now --- happiness is never lost because the here and now contains all happiness.
