Starting Word ruler at zero?

When using the ruler on Word documents how can I set it to start at zero at the top of the page instead of the top of the margin?

Goto File
Page Setup
click the Margins tab
set all to 0 - including header and footer

when you click o.k., you might be advised that they are not appropriate and get an offer to fix.

You will have to click "fix" because of the built-ins of your printer.
