Around 30 I began too look at the what I had started to believe. I started to study archaeology, history etc. and found that the liberals and atheists were spewing was cow poop. God exists and Jesus is the only path to salvation. Reading Case for Christ, Case for Faith by Lee Stroebel and Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis to learn more is a good basic start!

C.S. Lewis was an atheist and this is what he has to say about his conversion!

"That which I greatly feared had at last come upon me. In the Trinity Term of 1929 I gave in, and admitted that God was God, and knelt and prayed: perhaps, that night, the most dejected and reluctant convert in all England. I did not then see what is now the most shining and obvious thing; the Divine humility which will accept a convert even on such terms. The Prodigal Son at least walked home on his own feet. But who can duly adore that Love which will open the high gates to prodigal who is brought in kicking, struggling, resentful, and darting his eyes in every direction for a chance of escape?" C.S Lewis

I found out the truth about age 9 but didn't acecpt it until 15. Until that time I believed in what my parents told me. After that I understood things better and figured out that there is no possibility for any god.

Er, I was 13 when I learned the Christian version didn't exist. I was 17 when I learned that there's more than anyone cn know [Ever notice how the words "Nothing," and "God," in hebrew have the same numerical value?]

my parents are both sort of wishy washy agnostics who think that maybe a higher power exists. i never actively believed that, and always found the idea of a god who specifically cares about humans to be quite silly. i suppose over the years i've realised that agnosticism is a respectable philosophical position although there's still nothing much there to believe in. i'm comfortable calling myself either atheist or agnostic depending on the context of the discussion.

I don't believe in religion so.. .. with that being said, my parents Verizon was not the same as mine. They were brainwashed by Baptists. The poor saps. Lucky logic kicked in and I taught them what is belief and what is someone Else's way to belive in something. I say go with your own beliefs.

I was three when first taught how to say Now I lay me down to sleep..... From that time on I believed and loved what I knew. When I was 16 I asked Jesus to forgive my sins, and come and live in me. It has been a journey, some hard roads, some very sweet roads. I'm a lot older now, but I can really say that Jesus is real. I look forward to meeting him some day.
