I LOVE guacamole! People say i'm really good at making it, too. SO what i do is for every 1 avacado, use about 2 teaspoons of lemon juice (I usually eyeball it) and some chopped onion. You can add tomato too if you want. The other thing i put in that really gives it a nice flavor is chilli powder, but not too much!

I love guacamole and I have finally perfected the recipe:

3 avocados
One packet guacamole seasoning (usually in the produce department or in the spices section at the supermarket)
1 1/2 tablespoons mayo (sounds nasty but it is delicious!)
2 teaspoons ranchero sauce (in the Hispanic section at the supermarket)
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and Pepper

Mash avocados with a fork and then add lemon juice, seasoning packet, mayo, ranchero sauce, and salt and pepper. Mix and serve with Yellow Gold tortilla chips.

Enjoy!!!

I always love answering this one; I don't know why everyone goes to sooooooooooooooooo much trouble to make simple guacamole!!!

3 avocados
Salsa

That's it..........think about it, what's already IN salsa are the same ingredients that you add to the avocados anyway, so mash the avocados and add enough salsa to your liking and mix well.......add a little lime juice, salt and pepper if needed.....I don't know why people always go to so much chopping when it's already done for you.....just be sure and use the refrigerated "fresh" type of salsa, any kind that you like......Enjoy!!!

grind up a few avocados. maybe 3. and add a small bit of salt and some finely diced tomatoes, finely diced onions, and a small amount of garlic salt. and also put some lemon juice in there so that the guac doesn't turn brown. (only a small amount though) maybe about 1/2 a tablespoon per avocado. too much will take away from the avocado taste.

Keep it simple. I usually just mash up an avocado with a fork, add garlic salt and lime juice to taste. That's it. If I have cilantro I'll add it. Also, keep it covered with plastic wrap to prevent it from turning brown.

I love to keep is as fresh and simple as possible omitting onion, garlic, tomato, etc.

Here's a simple and yummy recipe:

4-5 medium ripe avocados
the juice of one lime
kosher or sea salt to taste
fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

That's it - mash with a fork and you are set to go.
