It would depend which country you live in. For example, in countries like Japan and Britain the only people who are allowed to own handguns are the police and the military. Ordinary citizens are forbidden from owning them so they are not sold openly. In the US pretty much anywhere can legally sell handguns. There are special stores known as gun stores (not very imaginative, I know) that sell them, they are also common in sporting stores and hardware stores. In many parts of the US stores like Wal-Mart or whatever the state version is will also sell them. Some stores will throw in bullets and other accessories such as holsters and cleaning kits with the gun purchases, and if you're good at bargaining you can get some thrown in. You're more likely to get them free in a small store rather than a chain store. Usually, though, people just pay for them over the country, they aren't that expensive. You can however only buy certain types of bullets over the counter as some of the more advanced rounds are only permitted for use by the police and/or military. You can also buy hand guns through private sale, such as through a newspaper advertisement or an advertisement in a gun magazine, and you can buy both new and used handguns at gun fairs and sporting events such as hunt meets. Gun clubs are also a good place to buy hand guns in the US. There is also a big illegal trade with guns changing hands on the streets between criminals on the streets and in bars and places like that. This is illegal, you REALLY don't want to get involved in this. You may be buying a gun that was used in a crime, or which is stolen (or both). You could do jail time if you buy there.

I've bought stingers from Bass pro shops. The ones I use are small trebles on a leader that can slide over any hook. I use them for jigging when the bite is less than ferocious, but they would work on any lure. Are you sure you're not looking for a spinner rig with a worm harness?

In all the years of fishing Walleyes in Michigan I've never heard of these. A "stinger" to me is a small hook attached to the back of lure to keep the Walleye from passing the bait, when he misses the lure, he hits the "stinger" but, you make these yourself. About ten inches of leader and a number eight hook attached, this is tied to the back hook of the lure. The fish sometimes will keep hitting the lure but, not actually bite, then they hit the "stinger"

Yes I know what your talking about. They are popular walleye spoons here in Lake Erie. I'm pretty sure you can get them at Bass Pro Shops try online. Or Cabelas I believe carries them. A lot of regular smaller bait shops around Northern Ohio sells them too. You might try to find their web site and look at a list of retail outlets that sell them.(if they have one)
They come in colors such as "monkey puke" We troll them behind a dipsy diver or a jet diver to keep them at depth.
