A pedophile calling a great American beyond redemption - I'm still laughing. These people will say anything to keep that steady supply of brown slaves.

Hello, Pot? Yes, this is Kettle. Uh, you're black.
He might be right, but any Catholic priest or member of the Catholic clergy is wrong on several different levels (the "judge not, lest ye be judged" part of the Good Book, not to mention the extreme hypocrisy of the Catholic Church in general) for saying it.

I'm so sure that Lou Dobbs is going to cry himself to sleep over some goofy little man in a black dress saying he is beyond redemption! That separation of church and state thing, have Catholics ever heard of that? And according to my Bible, God says he'll do the judging in this world so that little troll just condemned himself to a thorough judging by God!

If you are a Catholic then you desperately need to learn the theology of your Church.I believe you are referring to the illegal alien issue and if so,the Catholic postion on illegal aliens is as the priest described and as a number of other Christian Churches declared during the debates on the issue.
Whether or not Lou Dobb's position on illegal aliens placed him "beyond redemption", I would have to leave that up to a Catholic theologian.
If you are not in agreement with the priest's statement/position on illegal aliens perhaps you need to decide if you are really a Catholic in practise or just in name/tradition.

Sounds like he might have an upset stomach , by eating to much hot Mexican food .
Honestly , I think he has a big problem with the Lord .! He is very closed mined and tunnel vision .
After what the Catholic Church has done to cover up the sexual abuse all these years . It doesn't give him much creditability , now does it .
I'm with you on this one .

I was not aware that Catholic priests were called 'reverend.'
In any case, I'd just take it as I would any other proffesional opinion. Afterall, redemption is presumably his proffession...
And, really, I've seen Lou Dobbs speak - he doesn't seem the penitent sort.

Well, the Catholic bishop said that we should ignore immigration laws and welcome the illegals. I was born and raised Catholic but I opened up my eyes and now I am Christian but not a member of any church.

I wish more Christians would remember "judge not - yet you be judged." The world would be a better place.

"I wish more Christians would remember "judge not - yet you be judged." The world would be a better place."
So we shouldn't imprison anyone?
Bottom line is that they have broken the law, and like any other criminal, they need to be punished. Deportation is that punishment.
