hi there
well I guess non sugarless gum why? cause you do not have
to take your hands off the wheel to reach 4 a snake god
forbid you do reach for a healthy snack and you get into an
accident. even a blink of an eye off the window shield
anything can happen just pull over to eat a healthy snack like
carrots the baby ones taste sweet, have a ice box with frozen
yogurts some are sugar free taste good from dannon . mix
nuts are great do not eat alot of salt or sugar . snacks fruits
are good they is sugar free cookies cost about $2.99 each
cheese in pieces anything you like are now in low fat or
sugar free just go to your supermarket . BUT ALWAYS PULL
OVER TO THE SIDE OF NO TRAFFIC FOR YOU AND
YOUR FAMILY SAFETY . AND DO NOT PICK UP ANY ONE
ON THE ROAD or just eat a well balance meal before
your destination.
be well be safe god bless

You shouldn't be really doing anything BUT concentrating on driving! These days, there are more accidents occuring because drivers are getting more and more distracted... talking on their cellphones, listening to radio, having sex, EATING!!! etc...
If you can eat something without removing both of your hands off the wheel (or, in the case of a manual shift automobile, one hand on the wheel and one hand on the stick), that would be the healthiest snack not only for yourself, but for the people around you.
