I cook them at 350' and they usually take at least an hour. If they are big they can take up to an hour and a half. After about 45 mins I start to feel them to see how far along they are.

Bake at 400 degrees. How long will depend on the size of the potato. Usually around 2 hours. But check it after an hour and then every half hour after that and when you feel that it is soft when you squeeze its done.

Cook it at least 475 degrees, make a calibration test first. Measure the amount of time it takes to cook one until it explodes. Then on your next one, cook it for 5 minutes less.

microwave it for 8 minutes, be sure to punch a couple of holes in it with a fork first and rub a little oil or margorine on the skin so it doesn't dry out.
