Yes...
But it is in a commercial area...
They built some nice apts there...archstone being one of them. There doesnt seem to be any houses nearby. There are a whole bunch of stores in the vicinity though:

Chili's
Macaroni Grill
Cozymel's
Home Depot
Babies r Us
Home Expo
Michaels
Lowes
Bed Bath Beyond
Fortunoff
The Source Mall
Roosevelt Field Mall
Seem like a very safe area in a gated community...but you may get a lot of traffic during the commute home...other than that it's pretty convenient. The Meadowbrook Pkwy is right there....

Westbury is in Nassau County, Long Island, NY. Archstone part, I haven't a clue. As far as Westbury, most of it is nice, although you have some seedy areas, not many.
