DOES THIS INCLUDE MS WORD???!!!plz help?

Corel(R) WordPerfect(R) Office X3

does this include MS Word? or any of the basic stuff like powerpoint, excel ext???

If you want Word, Excel, Powerpoint, you are looking for Microsoft Office. The newest version, 2007, is pretty expensive. MS Office 2003 is pretty good.

Open Office is a free Offfice Suite which has proven to be an alternatvie to Microsoft Office except for one thing that I mentioned, it's FREE. There are many other sites dedicated to Open Office and even those that offer Open Office Tutorials.
OpenOffice.org is a collection of different applications that work together closely to provide the features expected from a modern office suite. Many of the components are designed to mirror those available in Microsoft Office. The components available include:

Word Perfect sucks. but will do the job, what you need is Microsoft Office, you can get it on eBay for pretty cheap. Also, you might want to try Open Office.org to get one for free, its not quite as good as office, but will do the job.
