Do not use it in the first place. If you must use it, buy good quality pressed oil only and then use it raw. Would you rub your 'used cooking oil onto your skin'? NO. So use it raw. Then you will not have to dispose of it at all. It is better for you too.
If you are having to 'dispose' of any food stuff then you really should not be eating it in the first place. If you must fry, then use a spray olive oil you will use only a tiny amount.

The first step would be to filter and repurify it by running it through activated bentonite clay. Using this process, you can reuse it 4-5 times. Once you've done that as many times as practical, give it to a facility that will convert it to biodiesel fuel.

The best thing would be to not use it unless it calls for it in the recipe. You don't need it to "fry" most foods and deep fried foods aren't good for you anyway.
Skip the fry and don't worry about it.

Pour it down the drain. The bugs in the sewerage treatment plants will love it.

dump it in your garden, near but not on your plants. Seriously it is good fertilizer as long as you don't overflood an area.

Drink it!
The human body will start to break it down, and the human body will not live as long.
