You gain "wait" by standing at the end of very long lines.

there are bars and shakes that can help you gain weight (I'm sure you could talk to the school football or gym coach, they should know more about them then i do). Another way to do it would be to eat over your normal calorie intake. That depends on how active you are. 2800 calories a day should help you gain weight, you can adjust it to whatever you think you need though. Make sure what you eat is healthy though. Eating tons of junk food will help you gain weight but it isn't a healthy way to do it.

whoa whoa whoa.
First of all, in high school when I was 5'5 i weighed about a hundred pounds. It's not that unhealthy, and that's weird that people are calling you bulemic or anorexic. unless of course you are, but it doesnt sound like that's the case. hahaha
DON'T TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM BY EATING AT MCDONALDS EVERY DAY OR OTHER FATTY FOODS.
If you have thin, weak arms or legs, you could try doing specific workouts to build muscle wherever you want it.

confident i understand a bar notwithstanding it somewhat is unlike chocolate. what's your objective with the help of asking this, gainin wait, or purely that bar? in case you prefer to learn weight you may consume overdue before pass to mattress, you may observe you're gaining after 10 days.

5'5" and 103 is not really too thin. If you want ot put on a few more pounds, start lifiting weights. Muscle weighs three times more than fat and it looks really good to!
Good luck and please don't resort to eating cheeseburgers to gaining weight!

eat a lot of food.
it's a silly question really, you gain weight by eating pizza, chocolate, chips, pasta, pancakes etc. -- everyone knows that.
p.s. for future reference, it "weight" not "wait", and it's "bulimic" not "bolimic".

It does not matter what people say, they are probably jealous of you. As long as you feel fine and eat healthy don't worry about it.

first of all its weight.
and secondly, dont listen to those people that teases you. they are most likely jealous about your get up. anyway learn to love yourself.
"dont please other people, as long as you are pleasing GOD and yourself, you are good". Don't let society take away your inner peace... i learned this the hard way.
