none really. to each's own. one may be harder to another that is easy for one.

I'd say walking is the easiest. Working out is hard in general but the benefits of good health and a nice body are good rewards.

Doing the hard thing is sometimes the better thing to do. If working out were easy, than North American wouldnt be the fat capital.

walking; brisk walking; dancing; swimming; jumping; jumping jacks. the possibilities are ENDLESS :D but the best//easiest exercises are always the ones that you like to do. for example: i exercise on the stairmaster. i dont necessarily love it... but it's exercise. i also take dance classes. these dance classes are sometimes WAY more intense then the stairmaster but i think they're easier and better becuase i enjoy them and look forward to them (: just do w/e suits you and something you'll stay committed too//love.

Walking, scientifically, is the hardest exercise to do.

If you would like an easy exercise;
try simply sitting cross-legged.

Easiest or most effective? Running is the most effective...walking is probably the easiest in most cases.
