My doctor wants me to drink at least 48 oz. of non caffinated beverage every day.
That would be 3 - 16 oz bottles or
4-12 oz bottles or
6 8 oz bottles
or 3/4 of a gallon bottle

I think 4 would be about right.
But I do have to tell you - I asked a urologist a few years ago how much water I should be drinking (because I wasn't drinking as much as I suggested to you). And he said - Only drink when you're thirsty. So maybe 4 bottles is a lot.
As long as you feel good, and your skin is not too dry I think 3-4 bottles is good.

Depends on how many ounces of liquid is in the bottle.
Minimum recommendation is 8 to 10 8 oz glasses of water per day, so that's 64- 80 ounces a day.
Hope this helps you.

From what I've seen/read, you the ideal is the equivelant of 8 8oz glasses of water a day. You can get this from drinking water or eating. If you work out or are in a situation that causes you to prespire more than normal, then you will need more water.
