Does the superior intelligence of the Ashkenazi Jews prove God exists? It can't be a coincidence that they have won such a disproportionate share of nobel prizes and have the highest iq of any ethnic group. Maybe hey are blessed by God.

You know why Jews are so smart? While we were outside having fun after school, Jewish kids had to sit in there room and study for 8 hours and then there parents had to look at there homework and then tell them to do it over.

I saw that study, too. It doesn't prove diddly squat. After all, Sephardic Jews are also supposed to be God's chosen people.
The researchers, from what I could tell, said that it was probably the result of Darwinian survival-of-the-fittest. All the dumb Jews got killed by anti-semites, therefore only the smart Jews lived to reproduce.
They also noted that having too many brains cells can cause problems, and that might be the reason why we have such high incidences of genetic disorders like Tay-Sachs, Gaucher's, etc. Hardly a blessing.
In any case, with studies like this the difference in I.Q. usually only turns out to be a few percentage points.

You're obviously not one of these super intelligent Jews. If you were you'd know that an "unlikely occurrence" (for the sake of this argument) can't prove an abstract and contra-natural notion (such as "God") because the notion itself cannot be assigned probability.

Having been born into the Jewish religion myself I find this sort of statement an embarrassment (if only I could spell it properly).
To give lists of non Jewish geniuses would be a bit of waste of time.
Isaac Newton wasn't Jewish was he? Hook? Young of Young's modulus, Liebniz? What about writers who were Nobel Prize winners.

It's a fact we are smarter, better at most things, more attractive than most people, all around better people than the goyim and Sephardic Jews, however, that has nothing to do with the existence (or nonexistence, I should say) of god. It's just the way things are. :)
