Relaxed first. If you have it cut, then relaxed you might not end up with the style you want or have enough length left to style.

Cut before relaxed becuz when relaxed its longer. Dont wanna cut too much now.

You should do any chemical processes before the cut. This way, damaged ends can be eliminated after the relaxer.

it depends on the person ,one can choose to cut before relaxer and on the other hand one can relaxed before cutting.the are most a times it good to relaxe before cutting

It's usually relaxed and then cut. Please dont be one of those people trying to tell the stylist how to do their job. If you are, then you might just end up with 'jacked up' hair. Just sit back and let the stylist do her/his thing.

I would say relaxed then cut. they always color before cut and perm before cut.
