There are a few. The best of the lot is the French Culinary Institute at 462 Broadway in Soho, Manhattan. This school is for both the professional chef and the amateur chef, depending on what program you enroll in. The other two good ones are the Art Institute of New York City, and Peter Kump Cooking School. Regardless in professional cooking schools you learn universal French cooking techniques.
