I can't stand the idea of having 3 or four different surgeries. I don't know what to do.

lift weights and build up muscle. Muscle will stretch that skin out and make you even healthier.

Don't have surgery. Find a good personal trainer and work out. That's what they do in Hollywood these days, most of the time. Excercise works and will thighten up you skin. There are muscles attached to it. If they get stronger and more taught so will your skin.

question is did you lose the weight the right way?
see if you do it the right way, as you lose weight your skin catches up with every inch you lose. so basically your skin should not sag if you lost it the right way. my tummy was huge, and since i lost weight the right way i dont see it sagging. so i hope you lost it the right way... diet and exercise not just diet pills and diet pills... cuz then that would be the trigger of that flabby tummy.

ok. you lost weight. it could be that you went on a diet and lost the weight instead of diet AND exercise. all that flab coul be muscle tissue. its the place where all your new muscle was supposed to be. your can fix that by well, working out so that you can get muscle. and leave a LITTLE bit of flab so you dont look " muscular "
