i realized a few days ago tHAT I HAVE A CAULIFLOWER ear from probably wrestling
what should i do?
i dont want to see a doctor unless i have to

If you have never had the ear treated, you need to see the doctor just to be sure there is no fluid that needs to be drained from the outer ear. If there is fluid, the pressure it causes will result in serious damage to your ear. As long as the fluid is removed, your ear will not get worse unless it is re-injured. If the fluid isn't removed, it can build up to the point where it will also cause a ruptured eardrum and hearing loss.
Surgery to repair the ear is not necessary if you can live with the appearance of your ear since the surgery is only for cosmetics.
