As most of you know the Jehovahs Witness and Mormon cults are the ones mainly responsible for reporting answers or questions to Yahoo. Whenever you say anything about them that they don't like or that exposes them they will report you. If you teach a true Christain doctrine that goes against there doctrine they will report you.
Do you think this is there way of trying to attack and prevent the truth from getting to people?

I have gotton email from cult memebers gloating about them reporting me. I have friends who have had the same thing happen to them.

I think you are over reacting there Kip. Most of them know I am not a friend to the church (LDS) But I don't get reported just because we don't agree on doctrine. A lot of the reason for that is the manner you use to tell them the truth. If you use a club and try to pound it in, that gets reported. If you use a bit more tact and patience they may not like the message but they can respect the messenger.. Jim

Well I report when the question is answered with a vulgar or inappropriate answer, when children are in danger or when people are not answering the question, but simply ranting on with some false information they may have. Example:

Question:
Do Mormons go to church on Sunday?

Answer: (the short version)
The Mormon church was founded by a drunkard who liked to marry 14 year olds and they still practice polygamy to this day and there is no geographical evidence to the Book of Mormon and they are a cult and they hate black people.

That did not answer the question. It was simply a hateful rant full of untruths. It is a violation of YA policy to rant like that.

I will report that type of an answer no matter what religion it is posted about. There is no need for that type of thing.

If someone was to use the same answer to a question like, "what do you think of the LDS Church", I would not report it because, they are simply voicing their opinion and they are answering the question. We all have a right to our opinion.

Your avatar is Robin Williams, right?

Sad to say, but I think you might actually deserve the violations. Your questions don't necessarily promote thought, and your answers don't really clarify anything except what appears to be unbridled rage. (mine's bridled).

I get my share of thumbs down and an occasional violation, but that's the opinion of the reader. A personal jab will result in a personal response. If you've objections to the doctrine of JWs and the Morg, please state them. If you don't like them personally, you'll learn a valuable lesson the hard way.

You sound a little paranoid to me. Where is your proof to back up your accusation? Did a Mormon or J.W. report you for rudeness or something? I don't know whether these religions are cults or not, but they have a perfect right to express their opinions here, don't they? By the way, nice collar.

It would be if christians actually had the truth. How can a religion based on misinterpretations of cherry-picked verses out of books inspired by an unholy spirt be taken seriously? What part of a house divided against itself cannot stand do you christians not understand.

You've got to remember, of course, that they think that they have the truth.

Any time that you hurt somebodies pride they are going to feel offended. This is going to get a person reported regardless of who they are. You are obviously willing to be reported for, as you feel your calling is, to warn people of their folly.

My calling is to tell people about Jesus.

As a Christian, I would not make the accusation in the first place. All religions have one basic idea. Some consider it a leap of faith but the fact that one man who lived 2,007 years ago can still touch our hearts says something for faith. One God, one Higher Power, one people

Absolutely, without question!!! The Truth, as presented in God's word, is always shunned by the unsaved. God tells us this is how it will be. I take it as a challenge, not a set-back.

I would be willing to bet it is the rudeness of the question or the answer. I am a Catholic and sometimes by the way a question is asked, it is clear the person is being very rude.

It's because they don't want to do anything better to do with their time. There are nations of hungry, homeless and uneduated- there's ALWAYS something to do for Christians and the work God has given them purpose to do.
