This question reminds me of a cool shirt I once saw:

"The difference between racing and other sports...it requires two balls not one" lol

It was funny...If you don't like Nascar then don't post here..You know you are going to get negative answers.

i think the real question is if baseball is a sport where is the cars you don't see any ball players goin 200 mph and you will never see any of the nascar drivers goin on strike because they aren't makin enough money like 10 million a year isn't enough to do something you love

I am not a fan of NASCAR and probably never will be. I will still call it a sport because of several factors. FIrst it takes a skill to do that not everyone possess. Second, it is presented to the viewing populous in the same manner as any other "sport" with all the media attention, televison crews and hype. And third, the word sport is defined as any recreational activity where exertion of the body is required and is competitive.

Jamie McMurray was balling at Daytona! Jr had a couple of big ones when he finished the race without power steering. Brian France, unfortunately, doesn't have any either.

You don't need a ball.
Biking is a sport and there's no ball. I could also mention swimming, back horse riding, gymnastic.

(You need balls for Nascar and biking... ball bearings)
