What is the best combination for pizza toppings that will bring out the best taste

Meat free option:
Sun dried tomatoes, red onions, mushrooms and feta cheese. Depending on the heat level you can stand add some jalapeno peppers.
Meat option:
Pepperoni, sausage, meatballs and red onions. Again the jalapenos if you like them.

I know this sounds pretty boring, but I got a "naked" pie the other week and can't get it out of my mind!!! Just a cheese pizza, from our favorite pizza place, I really forgot after all these years how good just a plain pie is!! You get to taste the cheese and sauce......nothing complicated or complex to the palet....But sometimes toppings are great, and some of the people that have answered have some great combinations......Now for mine:
Pepperonni, black olive, mushroom and extra cheese
Ham and Pineapple
Sausage, Onion and Garlic
BBQ Thai Chicken Pizza (think California Pizza Kitchen)
5 Cheese: Provolone, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Asiago, Talagio
And every now and then,
A "Garbage" Pizza..........EVERYTHING, no green peppers!!
Sounds like Pizza on Friday after work for us!!! Enjoy!!

My all time favorite is extra cheese with extra pepperoni's,add some banana peppers on the side and dip yer pizza in ranch, I prefer three cheese ranch! Yum!! I also like to add chicken to my pizza once in a while.

How about texas hot pizza? hot dog on a pizza layered texas sauce, overlaid with chopped your fave hotdogs, with onions, mustard and mozzarella cheese! Or how about Fajita pizza? grilled sirloin steak or chicken marinated mixed with sweet peppers and onions, topped with mozzarella and cheese and hot sauce! Sound yummy. I going to make them right now!

Pepperoni

Black Olives
Mushroom
Extra Cheese
and sometimes I also add Green Olives and/or Jalapeno Peppers

extra cheese!!! additionally I could learn how to love olives on pizza because of the fact whilst u get pizza that each and every person likes they consume all of it, yet whilst u get least usually happening pizza like olives, extra for me! ;) alsoi like filled crust! forget approximately mushrooms. i hate mushrooms.

I love cheese and pineapple on mine :) ooooooh and green bell peppers and jalapenos. Not necessarily on the same slice but it would probably be good!
