It will be when a naked vagrant with a lampshade on his head is crucified upside down on a cross with nails through his hands, feet, and some bird shot lodged in his ribcage. The Catholic extremists will do it while shoving loaves of Parisian bread in his mouth, informing him that he must taste and see that the Lord is good. Then the earth will split and a giant Krishna will come out and laugh at all the petty Christians.

Then he'll bring the vagrant back to life, sink back into the earth, and set the date for the next party.

The end.

Before, during and after 2012...undefined. Only thing that happens is, mercury is passed by venus just before passing in front of the sun. Mayans were particularly confused by the fact that Venus came up before the sun did. But in this confusion, they still maintained their ability to sacrifice their own people in support of keeping venus alive. Venus is by the event in 2004, a mere 8 years apart, is that venus is barely anything compared to the sun. In all things considered, the mayans somehow discovered that something else has more significance than their little civilization.

"Partying like it's 1999" has somehow lost it's meaning.

We have to get thru that one first. Then, about 3 days after the world doesn't end, they will set the next date. Kinda like leapfrog.

The 762nd end of the world will be on April 3rd, 2063. A 900-foot Jesus came to me in a dream and told me that.

Dude: The question is not when the world may end, the question is "are you ready to go?" Since you don't know how long you will live it makes more sense to be ready all the time. God has already provided a way for you to live forever, but sin separates us from him. Jesus came and paid the price for us on the cross so that we could live forever and be in the presence of God. All you have to do is pray and ask God to forgive your sins and Jesus to come into your heart.
I also suggest that you begin attending church and read the Bible. That, my friend, is how you ready yourself.
Mr. M on "2012."

I think not until 2150, when the "age" ends. Unless maybe every year when it's 8/8/08 or 9/9/09, etc.

It's so hard to keep up.

2060, according to the late, great Sir Isaac Newton.

So, whatever happened to last years non-event, on June 6th (6-6-06)?
Are those loony end-of-the-world believers still around?
