the only way to lose it is by lowering your body fat percentage while toning muscles (getting in better shape)
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Having a flabby/sick stomach is fixable. Do not tense! All you must do is specific abdominal exercises to help get your stomach built. I highly suggest crunches and sit-ups. Do those every day (about 20-50, however you can do) and you will soon find a flat, muscular stomach. Make sure to continue this ritual even when the flab is gone, so that it does not come back.

Also you can try the following if you don't want to do sit-ups/crunches:

-Side Bends [check http://www.washboard-abs.com/abdominal-excercises.php for details]

-Keep your butt up! [check http://www.washboard-abs.com/abdominal-excercises.php for details]

I hope that helps you out! :] Good Luck!

Oh my gosh girl! You are still skinny and small after having 2 children! Don't worry about your stomach it's called wearing a shirt that covers your belly. No one will see it. Also I bet it's not as bad as you think. We all think we are worse than we really are. So don't sweat it.

well... you might have a slow metabolism... therefore try changing your diet and adding spicier foods into it to help speed it up
