Does any Ladies Hairdressers in the UK use neck strips.?

Neck strips are not used much here.Been told of a few salons that use them. Just doing some research for my group

is a neck strip one of those things that go round your neck with heavy bits on either size to hold it round your neck?If so, Toni&Guy's use them.
