I am a Nurse and I know this sounds stupid but try it , it works.
Tape a penny to the sting and wear it for 15 mins it will take the sting out of it and you will not be able to tell you got stung in the am. follow that with ice after you remove the penny.

I always carry a sting kill kit. It contains meds to stop the sting. If your swelling up, it means that you ( like me) are allergic to the bee sting. Watch for continued swelling, wheezing or swelling of the tongue or lips. It this occurrs get to a hospital right away. Mean time, a little ice right on the sting helps, or a big dab of mud. Benydryll will help too, but have an adult check the proper dose for you.
