corn meal has no gluten so your whatever will have no structure when the yeast tries to leaven your dough. It will be like blowing bubbles in milk. None of the carbon dioxide will be trapped in your dough.

Add a little flour.

Sounds like a lot of work when you can buy Bourbon.

its ok. but you need to do your research on how to cook it off, otherwise you'll probably screw it up.
