Wipe your butt with it and send it to them telling them you want a refund

Contact the help desk or customer service. They should be able to help you out. It's possible that the card wasn't activated when purchased and that's why it's not working. If you have the receipt you should be able to get that taken care of or get a new card.

It could be just expired. Just download limewire.
