Yes, shaving creame dosen't stop it growing back, just gives a smoother finish, although i assume your a boy? I wouldn't advise shaving it of! Just keep it controlled!!

of course, shaving cream just makes the shave smoother it has no effect on the re-growth of hair which will be an itchy time!!

Yes of course! it doenst matter how old you are or what you use. if you shave it, it will still grow back.
