i need to know the name of those little things that u use to keep the tv cable wire against the wall and i need to know where i will be able buy those things

I don't think that was the question.
Those little things are staples and they are applied with a special format staple gun because they have a round top instead of flat.
You can buy larger staples that you hammer in, or you can get wire clips that you can slip between moldings and/or walls that has a loop that the wire fits under.
Ask for staples or wire clips at your favorite local hardware store

It is called a receptacle, and you can find them at any hardware store, electrical store or even at your Walmart. 3-5 dollars

they are called CLIPS
they come in nail-in clips
and grip clips
Radio Shack carries the standard plastic nail-in clips
