both retard start slow let them feel everything at a slow relaxed rate at about 10-20 minutes change position and build up the speed a little let that last for about 7-14 minutes change position again and start slow to catch your breath and start working your way to a speed demon but change position about 3-4 times during make her enjoy it because in the end you will get yours but will she oh ya 1-=20 minutes foreplay trust me
