Yes, I was training to be a midwife under a local midwife in our area. She was going to deliver my 2nd daughter. About 2 months into my pregnancy she called me from another state telling me she had to leave due to an emergency, she was sorry. I was mad...I didn't have insurance and my training was not anywhere near complete. I was furious...I decided that I would do an unassisted birth since I felt I had enough to do a simple straight forward birth. I decided to go to a OBGYN for blood work and an ultrasound to make sure I was only carrying one child. At the ultrasound I discovered I had a condition called placenta previa, it is there the placenta covers the cervix. I had to wait and see if it would move up during my pregnancy or stay....It stayed dead center and refused to budge.Meaning had I attempted a home birth I would have bled out and died within 5-7 minutes..I was 15 minutes from my local hospital. It never moved and actually began to tear as I grew because I never moved and ended up on bedrest for 6 months and an early C-section with a beautiful but tiny little girl. I saw God's hand protecting me every day I lay there and waited for her to be born..

Most of these 'miracles' mentioned are nothing more than medical advancement working for them. The others are just fortunate outcomes. I fail to see how any are actual miracles.

Thanks for that southernmale. That is the biggest miracle!!! I experienced a miracle in my life when I was paralyzed from my neck down for a year and a half but was healed!!!!

i have expirience a mirical and those are my sisters. My mom almost died giving birth and one of my sisters was born dead but thanks God as they were about to pronounce the baby dead i began to pray and she then began to cry...... and well everyday things you seelike flowers the clouds your life.. thats also a miracle
