A trip to the Zoo, alone with grandma (and maybe grandpa too) Complete with lots of cotton candy and a few souvenirs she picks out herself.

For 2 and 3 year old gifts, I always recommend Richard Scarrys biggest book ever, on amazon for about $30. Theres so many little pics in there she can look at by herself, or its fun for parents to say - find me the pig, find me the watermelon, etc. Also the Fischer Price Little People lift the flaps books are good for independent play.
I say independent play, since mom and dad at this time might get overwhelmed with the new baby. If the parents are ok with TV at that age, my kids love (age 2 & 3) the Wiggles. Im ok with this show as they love to do the songs and dances while the DVD is on (they stay active)

How about some girly time with Grandma, go get a pedicure with her. She will get a kick out of it and the time you spend bonding with be worth more than any gift you could give her. Most places will only charge a small amount for her so it can be an inexpensive weekly treat.

Maybe you might want to take Big Sis on a shopping trip and allow her to pick her own gifts. I did it with my neice, and we simply went to the local dollar store and she picked out what she wanted. The time we spent together that day was better than all the gifts in te world.

a baby doll so she can pretend she is mothering the baby doll. It will give her a chance to mimic her mom as mom takes care of little brother and it helps her to realize that little brother needs more care than she does right now.

Allow her to pamper herself with a "big girl" bath set. She'll be more relaxed and have the opportunity to feel like a big girl soaking in pretty smelling bubbles :)

my 2 yrs old loves her toy stroller and pushing her baby doll around. It comes in a set, with highchair, swing and it's from Disney outlet. I got it on sale for $20 (normally 60) she loves it and pretends she is a big sister. She is very gently to my 7 months old right from the beginning. I hope this helps.
BTW, my daughter is a finalist in a national contest. Could you vote 5 stars for please. Many thanks..

My daughter was very excited when I gave her dance lessons for her birthday. For Christmas she wants Santa to give her gymnastics lessons. She's the same as your granddaughter. . .she has everything.

What about her own "baby" setup? A special baby doll with a stroller, carseat, crib, etc... This way she can have her "baby" to take care of while mom is busy caring for brother.
