If I make it ahead of time, like on Friday...will it still be good on Saturday? or will the flavors be off?

Just make sure it is covered and the flavors will not be off. I used to make it and freeze it - of course if there is alcohol it won't freeze completely but it will be slushy (which isn't a bad way to serve it by the way).

It'll be okay as long as its just the liquids but if you're putting fruit in it wait till right before you serve it
