I hope this makes sence. I need to kind of flip the page, I guess.

Go to File, Page Setup, and select LANDSCAPE for "Orientation" instead of Portrait.

First go File / Page setup.
On the Page tab set Orientation to Landscape.
Then set the Scaling to Fit to 1 page wide by 1 page tall.

it is easy
go to view menu on excel then choose page break preview and u will get all the document with blue lines that shows howmany pages are gonna be printed all u have to do is drag the blue lines so u can make the document on one page. good luck

Do a print preview, click on setup and choose landscape.

Also choose fit to 1 x1 on the scaling section below.

Viola - you'd be done !

go to file, page setup, and change it to horizontal instead of vertical.
