No, it's not bad, as long as you're not overworking yourself. I wouldn't run 13 miles in the morning, then do another workout in the evening if 13 miles is the most you've ever run. But it's good to build up endurance by working twice a day. Try it, & if it's too much for you, cut back on each workout.

Absolutely not...it is a great tool to build up endurance mentally and physically.

Its only bad if you are trying to gain weight or want to watch alot of TV.

No it is great. Don't let it burn you out but as long as you have a healthy diet then you will have a great body.

of course not running is a great form of exercise at least your not siiting on butt all day and getting fat like most americans

not really but just be CAREFUL dont over do yourself or you can hurtself and be out for a long time

It is perfectly fine, as long as you don't injure yourself by doing too much.
