By the things they do. for one they are nervous and shaky and also they watch out a lot of what they say and what they do. its pretty obvious to see reactions of someone getting into to you.

If he is still dating you many years from now, or if he eventually marries you, then you will know that he is really into you.

They start to mumble about marriage,eventually bringing it up directly. After about 18 months of mumbled references.

Read the book "He's Just Not That Into You" by Greg Behrendt if it doesn't sound anything like him then he's so into you. If it sounds like him, move on, you deserve the best.

if you catch the person looking at you more then once, then they are either trying to drop a hint or are acting very creepy
