Heather Snively was the wedding planner on the episode. Tracy French was the other planner on the episode. The dress had beading and a champagne-colored sash with a long train. Please help! It is the wedding dress of my dreams and if I find it I know I will buy it for my wedding!

I LOVED THAT EPISODE! When they first started I thought it was going to be tacky with all those colors and when they pulled it off I thought Heather and Traci were genius.
Well the best bet is probably to scroll through their site and try to figure out what episode number it is. Then search YouTube for Episode 396 or whatever to view the whole episode.

Other than that--Whose Wedding is it anyways is Always on repetitively. Perhaps if you set up the VCR or TIVO to record all the episodes, you will record that episode again. Then just watch the end credits on slow moe.
However--it is more than likely an outrageously expensive dress. It would probably be better to find pictures of it and get a dressmaker to custom make it for you. I'm nearly positive the 2nd dress she wore--the Chinese one was custom made.
