You can tell by certain clues in the pic that this is a fake: the pilot & co-pilot are exactly the same people in each "cockpit" on the wings, the body has no windows, so wouldn't carry any people...
Interesting concept, but not likely.

No, it's a fake but a good one and someone went through a lot of trouble.
Actually I think I know where they got the idea.
The Boeing 777 has engines that are as large as the body of the 737.

Why would Boeing produce such a stupid looking aircraft, and why would they need 2 cockpits and cabins, ON THE WINGS?! Also, why would they put a giant jet engine in the middle? And who would ever buy such a plane?? Do us a favor, and think a little more!

no, the cabin just cuts off in the end and the engine would stick out of the curvature from where the cockpit actually is
