Not at all. Some of my staunchest and politically conservative allies happen to also be atheist or agnostic. Not believing in God does not translate into one feeling or being worthless. In fact, the bible says just the opposite.

Most Christians are wonderful...
The fundies are spiritually impatient and unaware of the infinite patience, love, and mercy of god.
They are toddlers wanting cookies.
God condemns no human and even if they behave badly in life their salvation isn’t forfeit at death.
Those that know better than this should be patient with the fundamentalist but it’s perfectly fine to find humor at the expense of their rantings.
Much like a parent slaps the hand of a child reaching for a flame we should prevent them from passing their shortsighted legislations, else they harm themselves and like the child risk harming everyone by setting the house on fire.
Blessed Be!

Reverse question; are the 'Christians' wasting their God given lives in futility not 'cleaning out' the things added to (or taken from) Christianity by now? (Those deviations do help cause the division in Christianity presently in the world).

Of course not. I'm a Christian, and have plenty of non-Christian friends. Their lives don't look futile, miserable and empty to me. Most of them, in fact, seem to be quite happy.

They're supposed to believe that. But it's difficult for a sane person to conceive what really goes on inside the heads of certain "Christians."

Christians are judge mental, self absorbed, and self riotous, egocentric. It's like a cult, Christianity.

I'm a non-christian and I'm miserable by their definition.
Christian definition of miserable means "Wise and thinking person".
