I honestly don't like the look of the gmc to bling looking and not enough work truck looking.I also don't like the fact the duramax has an aluminum head and that you can't adjust the bands in the transmission a longtime flaw with gm transmissions.Diesels like to run warm when pulling heavy loads especially up steep grades and when it's 120 degrees out.Those are the conditions any truck I own have to work in. I like the look of the dodge and they have kept the look fairly consistent since the early nineties.The cummins motors are second to none and I have owned 2 and they both did everything I needed with power to spare and with reasonable fuel mileage.I currently own a ford diesel and have been really disapointed.If you want the best work truck pick the dodge if you want the pretiest take the gmc.

You can get a lemon regardless dodge had more power torque room on inside but at the same time how many old dodges do you see on the road basically none gmc/Chevrolet tons. Test drive get the one you like the most.

The Ram is long past due for a complete overhaul, go with the GMC.

Matt, please take a very close look at the new Toyota Tundra. You should know from all of the ratings and reports that Toyota beats GM & Dodge is almost every catagory. With gas prices climbing, the 4-door Tacoma may be another option for you. When spending +/- 25,000 look at all of the options.

Who cares if the Sierra looks prettier. The Dodge is the better truck. If you want to win the beauty pagent, then you and your skirt can get the Sierra.
