I think your idea is that monotheism is basically about a solar deity, as in the following chant I learned years ago:
He's the one god
A fun god
The sun god
Ra, Ra, Ra!
Yes, the origin of monotheism is the solar deity Ra. But origins don't necessarily mean how people perceive it today. Most Jews and Christians would be offended by the suggestion, as it seems too pagan for them.
