Even you can manufacture oxygen by Electrolysis process ,It reqiured electrolyser unit & rectifier unit,Raw material only DM water & koh or any conductive acid or base recommended by supplier.During eletrolysis water decompose O2 & H2 .(H2 can be vent out to atmosphere ) O2 can be stored in tank then compressed to cylinders .
Another method liqufication of atmosphere Air into liquid by means of heavy duty compressor & seperating O2 by spl
pre heating technique.. in particular temperature O2 will be seperated & absiorbed by chemical ,then reheated ,bleeched then get the pure O2 to reservoior & then compressed to cylinder(.I forget some of the chemical used )this is old method used in my plant
