The Jehovah’s Witnesses should be commended for their “evangelistic efforts.” There is probably no religious group that is more faithful than the Jehovah’s Witnesses at getting their message out. Unfortunately, the message is full of distortions, deceptions, and false doctrine. May God open the eyes of the Jehovah’s Witnesses to the truth of the Gospel and the true teaching of God’s Word.

At least they can show you what is going to be the future of this planet after Armageddon, during Jesus rulership annoined by his father Jehovah, if you don´t believe me try this ask to anyone that tell you that is a christians and ask him/her what would happen with the earth , animals ans all beatiful creation of this planet and you will notice that won´t tell you nothing, but do the same with a Jehovah´s witness and also told him/her to show that in the bible you have in your house, and you will realize what I am talking about.

It is refreshing to see so many positive comments about Jehovah's Witnesses from persons who are not themselves Witnesses. I also enjoyed reading the comments from my spiritual brothers and sisters. Of course, a question like this is certain to draw some negative comments also. I hope that If you are considering studying the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses, you will not allow those negative remarks to deter you.
I have been one of Jehovah's Witnesses for 39 years. It is not only a joyful, satisfying way of life, it follows closely in Jesus Christs footsteps and has the mark of true Christianity that Jesus spoke of at John 13:35. It is the only religion that glorifies Jehovah, as Jesus Christ did.(John 17:25-26) We, nor any of our brothers, claim infallibility. We know that as humans we are subject to error. That is why we are constantly studying and searching the scriptures to bring our lives and our way of worship more and more in harmony with God's will. (Proverbs 4:18)

What do I think about Jehovah's Witnesses?
I found them to be, for the most part a honest hard working group of people who follow the Bible to the best of their ability. What they teach can be defended by using the Bible.
They try to live to those Bible standards even when others seem to be relaxing their standards.
I like them! I like them so much that I became one more than 30 years ago.

I think we are what the Holy Bible says Christians should be, "a people for God's Name." (Acts 15:14)
More than just talking about the Lord Jesus Christ, our desire is to be his followers, to live according to the principles he established in his teachings.
Jesus said that many would call him "Lord, Lord," but that he never knew them. He approves of those who actually obey him and who worship God as he himself did.
People have many (misguided) opinions about Jehovah's Witnesses. They are entitled to them. But the only opinion of us that really matters to us is God's.

I used to hide from them when they came to my door. Then a new neighbor moved in next door to me and she was a Witness. We got to talking over the fence one day and she asked if I'd like a free Bible study. I said yes and told her I was not going to change my religion. This was in 1993.
2 years later I was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. I was amazed at all the wrong things I had always heard about them. My daughter is now a sister and my son is an unbaptized publisher, also my 63 year old husband is now studying and he says the same thing I did when I was studying.

I think I love them!! Jesus does, so me too. Now I don't agree with their beliefs and will help them where I can. But, I know I only see in part so the best thing I can do is to extend an act of kindness and love!

I was raised as a Southern Baptist, became Wiccan as a young adult, and disallusioned overall. I met a man who was associated with Jehovah's Witnesses, and read one of their publications overnight. They have the answers I sought all my life. I have studied other religions, and many came close, but there was always little things I just couldn't wrap my mind and heart around until I started studying with Jehovah's Witnesses. They are, by and large ( no group is perfect, we are all humans in an imperfect world ) the most honest, upright, live by the Bible, fun group of people I have ever met! There is no racial or financial seperation in the Kingdom Hall, and that meant a lot to me. I always believed that the true religion and its followers would be known by the love they showed among themselves, and Jehovah's Witnesses have that. They answered my questions straight from my Bible, and they studied with me in my own home free of charge. Great organization of united people!

I used to believe that they were misguided. A cult and a group of people totally brainwashed. Then i actually met one here at work. My negative thoughs of the JWs changed. They are cool and honest (at least majority of them) people. Very humble and helpful. My co-worker did offer me a free bible study using my own Bible. I did a couple of times but decided to study their beliefs on my own and compare it to my own religion and of others. Well-dressed people and modest. They are very dedicated to their preaching work.
I am not a JW. I still have many questions i want answered and i am finding most of these satisfying answers in the beliefs of the Jehovah's Witnesses.

I have great respect for them (as people) but I don't agree with all of their beliefs. If you are considering becoming a JW - visit a Kingdom Hall - the fellowship is amazing, like nothing I have experienced in any other church.
I cannot say this about all JWs - just the ones I have met. They truly live by their beliefs and are genuinely loving people.
