there is 7ft of water you take 3ft of water out but there is still 7ft of water.
how is this possible ?

Because the 7ft is the distance across and tne 3 ft is from the depth.

there are 3 severed feet floating in the water, therefore the 7ft remains :-)

the tank or container dimentions are 7ft x 7ft.

besides liquid sould be measured in volume not lengths

This water is a waterfall that always runs so when you take the 3ft. out there is always 7ft. idk. It's just a guess...lol
