please give me a list of as many fruits and vegetables as you can so i won't get bored or tasteless or CHEAT or feeling really really weak, a little we on this diet.also please tell me if it will conclude 10 pounds in 24 days!

This is not a healthy way to lose weight, and i know from experience. Yes you will lose the weight, but as soon as you start eating regularly you will gain it all back and then some. Also a diet of only fruits and vegetables does not provide you with the proper nutrients to keep you healthy...If you plan on eating only fruits and vegetables for the rest of your life, yes it might work as a weight loss technique, but chances are thats not your plan.

Instead of this diet, eat what you used to but in moderate amounts, rule out the sweets and what not. Exercise is the most important thing in weight loss, forms of cardio such as biking and running are your best bets. This way you'll lose the weight and keep it off, instead of starving yourself 10 pounds then gaining back 15.

This is one of the worst ideas I have ever heard of. There is no quick miracle diet, and I wish people understood this.

You need a healthy lifestyle change. Foods from every group are necessary because eat one contains different vitamins and minerals necessary for your metabolism to run smoothly.

It's good to cut down on carbs and fatty meats, but do not cut them out all together. Losing weight must be done the healthy way!

That sounds very dangerous to me. You need to have protien in your diet or you will get very sick, and possibly die. If you want to do MOSTLY fruits and vegitables I suggest you go Vegan and also eat Tofu, soy-everything, and lots of beans and rice(together they make a complete protein).

as for a list,

apples, blueberries carrots, raspberries, green peppers(and other colours), tomatoes, bananas, strawberries, mango, papaya, lettuce, eggplant, onion, leek, pineapple, kiwi, starfruit, etc.
